Cory Babb
Urban designer advancing traditional, sustainable neighbourhoods in the UK and US.

Cory Babb, M.Arch, LEED-AP, is a Senior Associate at ADAM Architecture and a founding member of ADAM Urbanism, the practice’s urban design branch established in 2010 to advance expertise in traditional, sustainable urbanism. With experience on both sides of the Atlantic, he has developed masterplans for new neighbourhoods, urban extensions, and infill projects across England and the United States.
Since joining ADAM in 2008, Cory has played a central role in shaping Nansledan, the Duchy of Cornwall’s flagship 4,000-home urban extension. From early masterplan development and phase codes to architectural design and securing a Local Development Order, his work has helped guide Nansledan into a nationally recognised, multi-award-winning model community, with more than 900 homes now complete. Prior to joining ADAM, Cory worked at Duany Plater-Zyberk & Co., one of the founding firms of the New Urbanism movement.
Cory will lead the special tour of Nansledan on 25 October.
